At JVC Events , we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions related to cancellation of bookings and services.

1. Cancellation Request

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channel.
• The cancellation will be considered valid only after confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation charges depend on the stage of planning and preparation completed.
• Early cancellations may have lower charges, while last-minute cancellations may incur higher charges due to committed resources and vendor bookings.

3. Advance Payment

• All advance payments are non-refundable once planning, booking, or vendor coordination has started.
• This includes payments made for artists, venues, décor, catering, or third-party services.

4. Event Date Changes / Postponement

• Requests for date changes will be treated as a postponement, not cancellation.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of vendors and services.
• Additional charges may apply based on revised requirements.

5. Third-Party Bookings

• Services booked with third-party vendors (venues, artists, transport, etc.) are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
• JVC Events is not responsible for refunds denied by third-party providers.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies, cancellation or rescheduling will be handled based on mutual discussion and vendor policies.

7. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend or cancels at the last moment without prior notice, no refund will be applicable for any arrangements already made.

8. Refund Adjustment (If Applicable)

If any refund is approved after deductions, it will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to verification.
