- JVC Events will try to accommodate changes based on availability but cannot guarantee adjustments at the last minute.
6. Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party vendors, artists, venues, and suppliers. While we ensure quality coordination, JVC Events is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate event details and requirements.
- Necessary permissions, approvals, and venue access must be arranged unless agreed otherwise.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring safety and proper conduct at the event.
8. Limitation of Liability
JVC Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the agreed scope of work.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, media, and materials created by JVC Events remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
