At JVC Events , we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment.
• The advance amount is required to secure services, vendors, artists, and event arrangements.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or official message).
• Cancellation charges will depend on the stage of planning and preparation completed.
• If cancellation is made close to the event date, a higher cancellation fee may apply due to commitments already made.

3. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once planning or vendor booking has started.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting expenses already incurred.
• Payments made for third-party services (venues, artists, catering, etc.) are strictly non-refundable once booked.

4. Event Postponement

• If an event is postponed, the advance amount may be adjusted for a new date, subject to availability.
• Additional costs may apply depending on vendor and service changes.

5. Force Majeure

JVC Events is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies. In such cases, refund or rescheduling will be considered based on vendor policies.

6. No-Show Policy

If a client does not show up or cancels at the last moment, no refund will be provided for services already arranged or booked.

7. Third-Party Services

We coordinate with third-party vendors, artists, and suppliers. Their individual refund policies will also apply where relevant, and JVC Events will not be liable for their independent terms.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method and verification process.
